Remuneration: 120,000 - 150,000 CHF + bonus + car allowance

Role Overview:

As a Senior CyberArk Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in designing, architecting, and implementing CyberArk solutions for high-stakes, complex environments. This client-facing role involves strategic guidance and hands-on leadership, working closely with clients' C-suite and internal teams to shape effective CyberArk implementations that meet their security needs. You'll lead the technical development, ensure robust architecture, and drive end-to-end implementation, supported by a team skilled in architecture and delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of CyberArk solutions for high-profile clients, ensuring end-to-end project delivery.
• Engage in client-facing interactions to drive CyberArk strategy, planning, and deployment, aligning with clients' security needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, high-performance solutions in sensitive, complex environments.
• Provide subject-matter expertise across Privileged Access Management, Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), and broader IAM domains.
• Stay upto date with the latest CyberArk and SailPoint certifications, supported by dedicated learning and development time.
• Deliver strategic insights to clients’ C-level executives, influencing decisions around access management.

Requirements:

• Technical Skills: Strong foundation in Linux, Unix, and a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end operating systems.
• CyberArk Expertise: Proven experience in CyberArk architecture, deployment, and configuration, especially in highly regulated industries.
• IAM Knowledge: Experience with Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) and familiarity with IAM frameworks and products.
• Communication Skills: Ability to communicate complex technical topics effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Consulting Experience: Previous experience in a consulting or client-facing role, ideally working within financial services and/or government sectors.

Compensation and Benefits:
