Are you a skilled and experienced Business Change Analyst? Entasis Partners are working with a boutique consultancy supporting their Business Change function. 

The role involves working closely with key stakeholders to analyse the scale and impact of business changes, assess change management needs, and provide expert recommendations to ensure a smooth transition. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in understanding and managing the business change process across multiple teams and business areas.

Contract Duration:

Until the end of September, with potential for renewal.

Location:

2-3 days onsite in London, with flexibility for remote work.

Key Activities:

• Collaborate with teams to help decouple and transition from SAP ECC.
• Analyse the scope and scale of business change across affected parties, including business areas, D&T (Digital & Technology), and finance teams.
• Assess user interactions with legacy SAP systems (e.g., Product Management, Price & Promotion) to understand the impact of SAP decoupling.
• Identify overlapping and dependent initiatives and programs, particularly in relation to S/4.
• Evaluate and recommend change management strategies, ensuring alignment with other initiatives where necessary.
• Identify and engage key stakeholders, teams, and organizational structures affected by the business changes.
• Validate and refine the understanding of business change impacts in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Provide recommendations on how current processes can be utilised or improved to support SAP decoupling as an organisation-wide program.
• Recommend the introduction or assignment of Change Managers and/or Business Analysts to ensure successful execution.

About You:

• Extensive experience in business analysis and change management, particularly within the context of large-scale IT transformations.
• Strong knowledge of SAP ECC, SAP S/4 HANNA and related integration tools.
• Proven ability to analyse and manage business changes across diverse teams and business areas.
• Experience in stakeholder management and engagement at various organizational levels.
• Familiarity with change management methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
