Location: Hemel Hempstead (Hybrid)
Engagement: Permanent. Multiple hires. 360 Consultants and mid to senior Delivery Consultants.
Package: Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission, full benefits package.

Entasis Partners is scaling. Client demand across Architecture, Cyber Security and Government is outpacing capacity, and we are hiring on two lanes: 360 Recruitment Consultants who want to own a specialist desk end to end, and mid to senior Delivery Consultants who want to focus on craft, candidates and pipelining without the BD load.

Our growth has been driven by three practices. Architecture covers Enterprise, Solution, Domain and Technical Architecture. Cyber Security spans CISO advisory, security architecture, GRC, cloud security and offensive security. Government covers central, local and wider public sector, including cleared delivery teams and transformation leadership. Demand across all three is strong and rising.

Our clients sit across Financial Services, Government, Energy, Manufacturing, Retail, Biotech, Consultancy, and VC/PE-backed scale-ups. The conversations are senior, the work is consultative, and the desks are built to compound year on year.

The two roles

360 Recruitment Consultant. Own a specialist desk end to end in Architecture, Cyber Security or Government. Build client relationships, qualify briefs, run the full lifecycle and grow the desk into a recognised brand within its domain.

Delivery Consultant (mid to senior). Pure candidate-side focus. Build and own talent pipelines, run targeted headhunts, qualify, assess and shortlist for live mandates across the practice. No cold BD required. For people who want depth, specialism and quality over volume.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Building specialist knowledge of your chosen practice (Architecture, Cyber Security or Government), the people, the language, the moves, the market.
  • Running targeted headhunts and market mapping to build high-quality candidate pipelines, not job-board flyposting.
  • Qualifying, assessing and shortlisting candidates to the standard of an executive search firm.
  • Working alongside the wider team on permanent, contract, Statement of Work and outcome-based engagements.
  • For 360 Consultants: developing senior client relationships, qualifying briefs and managing the full lifecycle.
  • For Delivery Consultants: deep candidate engagement, pipelining ahead of demand, and owning the candidate experience end to end.

What We're Looking For

  • A proven recruitment track record. 360 experience for the consultant lane. Two-plus years of pure delivery or resourcing experience for the Delivery Consultant lane.
  • Exposure to technology, architecture, cyber security, engineering or public-sector markets, or a strong recruiter from an adjacent specialism who can specialise quickly.
  • Sourcing rigour. Strong Boolean and LinkedIn Recruiter craft, comfort with headhunting and the patience to build deep pipelines.
  • Commercial awareness and the confidence to hold senior candidate or client conversations.
  • Comfort working in project-led environments and with contract, SoW and outcome-based delivery models.
  • Hunger and integrity. We are hiring builders, and we will not compromise on how we operate with candidates, clients or colleagues.
