Job Title: AI Architect

Overview:
We are seeking an AI Architect to join a global organization, playing a pivotal role in assessing the current environment and identifying innovative AI-driven opportunities. The ideal candidate will bring a solid understanding of Enterprise Architecture (EA) principles, a deep knowledge of AI technologies, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and Analyse: Evaluate the current enterprise environment, systems, and processes to identify gaps and opportunities for integrating AI solutions.
• AI Strategy Development: Design and implement AI strategies that align with business objectives and enhance operational efficiency and innovation.
• Enterprise Architecture: Appreciation for EA and can leverage strong knowledge of EA frameworks and methodologies to guide the AI implementation process, ensuring it integrates seamlessly within the existing architecture.
• Collaboration with Business: Act as a bridge between the business and technical teams, understanding business needs and translating them into AI solutions     that drive value.
• Application Focus: Work closely with application development teams to ensure that AI solutions are embedded into core business applications.
• Innovative     Mindset: Identify new opportunities for AI across different business units, driving experimentation, proof-of-concepts (PoCs), and continuous     improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5 to 10 years of experience in an Architecture role driving innovation and helping to solve complex business problems in a global environment.
• Proven Enterprise Architecture knowledge (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman Framework) with relevant certifications. This ensures an understanding of EA without being confined by it.
• Knowledge of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), and AI-powered automation.
• Innovative and forward-thinking mindset: Ability to identify and create new opportunities using AI and related technologies.
• Strong business acumen: Ability to communicate complex AI concepts in a way that resonates with non-technical stakeholders.
• Application-focused background: Strong expertise in application architecture, understanding how AI integrates into enterprise applications (vs. infrastructure).

Nice to Have:

• Experience in global or large-scale enterprise environments.
• Experience with AI implementation in key business domains
• Prior involvement in digital transformation projects.
