As someone who’s recently joined the Entasis Partners team (Hello👋), I’ve had the privilege of stepping into a world where structure meets ambiguity, and delivery is a commitment.

A bit about me
I joined Entasis Partners in May as a Delivery Consultant, focused on supporting and sourcing strong talent in Solution Architecture, Cybersecurity, Software, Applications, and Integration.
Before this, I cut my teeth in a 360 role, covering everything from BD to placement - but I’ve always been more passionate about the craft of sourcing well, understanding needs deeply, and placing candidates who fit.
My background also includes recruiting for controls and automation environments. Think field service engineers and systems integrators - where precision, operational efficiency, and domain expertise are non-negotiable. That mindset has shaped how I now approach complex architectural hires.
Right now, I’m most engaged in helping our Clients tackle projects where architecture is foundational. From Greenfield builds to tangled Brownfield estates, I’m hands-on in aligning the right people to the right outcomes.
